dr. molly was born and raised in wahoo, ne. she moved to lincoln, attended nebraska wesleyan university and received a bachelor’s degree in psychology. it was during her last year in school when she had her first life-altering experience with chiropractic which changed her career path from psychology to chiropractic. in 2009, she attended cleveland chiropractic college in kansas city and after graduation ventured to the pacific northwest. she opened her own office in seattle and worked there for a few years before then returning back to nebraska in 2015, for the birth of her son, sylas.
dr. molly has extensive postgraduate education and training in pediatrics and prenatal chiropractic through the international chiropractic pediatric association (ICPA). she is certified in the webster technique, which is safe and effective analysis and technique used for pregnant women. she has a passion for working with women in all phases of life, especially in the prenatal and postpartum stages. this is a special time for woman and dr. molly loves to add support to those women.
dr. molly opened rooted in wellness chiropractic in january 2020 and joined mind.body.balance. in february 2020. she loves working side by side other practitioners and healers and loves the idea of a team approach to healing. dr. molly takes an inside-out approach to health and wants to help locate the root of the patient's problem in order to facilitate the healing process. chiropractic is much more than pain management or relief but about increasing the way a person adapts and copes to their life and environment. if we can't adapt to things in life, this lead to struggles and illness. dr. molly uses a variety of gentle and effective adjusting techniques, including instrument-assisted adjusting. dr. molly is in-network with most insurance companies and also accepts cash, checks and credit cards. to learn more about dr. molly check out her website www.rootedinwellnesschiro.com.
outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her son, practicing yoga, pilates, meditation, reading, listening to podcasts, hiking, and traveling to new places of the world.
